Q: How long will it take for my order to be completed?
A: Honestly, it depends. In the words of a fellow crafter, "I
am my own sweatshop." I do all the measuring, cutting, and
stitching myself. So completion time depends on the size of your
order and how many orders I have ahead of yours. I do my best to
provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your
order.
Q: My order is for a gift. Can you have it completed by...?
A: I understand how important it is to have your gift in hand
on time. Please either contact me first before actually ordering
or let me know that your order is a gift and the date you
need it by. If I cannot complete your order in the timeframe
in which you need it, I will be honest and let you know up
front.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: At present, PayPal is the only payment method we accept.
Once the details of your order are finalized, a PayPal invoice
will be emailed to you. As soon as payment is received and
cleared, we will begin processing your order.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: The short answer is no, we do not accept returns due to
the highly personalized nature of our products. However, in
the event of a mistake, we will do everything in our power
to correct the error. Our customers and their satisfaction
come first!
Q: Will you do a custom order?
A: ABSOLUTELY! If you have idea for something you would like
done, please contact me. Once the details are ironed out,
I will price the order and at that time you will have the
choice to proceed.
