FAQ
Q: What happened to all the cute UNC, Duke, and NCSU stuff that
I saw on here before?
A: Due to restrictions under trademark law, production of the collegiate
line of products has been suspended until further notice. No new
orders for collegiate items will be accepted. Sorry for any
disappointments. All items still pictured on the site are available
for order and I am always thinking of new cute things to do.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be completed?
A: Honestly, it depends. In the words of a fellow crafter, "I
am my own sweatshop." I do all the measuring, cutting, and
stitching myself. So completion time depends on the size of your
order and how many orders I have ahead of yours. I do my best to
provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your
order.
Q: My order is for a gift. Can you have it completed by...?
A: I understand how important it is to have your gift in hand on
time. Please either contact me first before actually ordering or
let me know that your order is a gift and the date you need it by.
If I cannot complete your order in the timeframe in which you need
it, I will be honest and let you know up front.
